I 'm not quite sure when I first caught the film bug, but I 've been hooked for as long as I can remember.

The fact that we can capture moments in time through a series of photographs and sound is simply amazing, and something that

I believe most people take for granted. 

​

It was during my time at T he Art Institute of Houston that I honed in on my passion for screenwriting, directing and post-production, collaborating with a number of other talented creatives who solidified my desire to have a career in the industry. Since graduating with a BFA in 2015, I have had the privilege to gain further experience as a producer and editor for television and two Houston production houses that have put out some incredible work for various companies (national & local), non-profits and narrative pieces.

I look forward to (fingers crossed) many more years of helping others bring their visions to life through this amazing medium.

Producer Editor Shooter

Hybrid role with a main focus on producing content for various clients, project management, script writing, scheduling crew and directing on set.

Additional duties as a post-production editor
and shooter utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite and
Sony FX camera series.

Senior Editor Producer Creative Coordinator

Hired as the first employee, Joe Long started as an assistant before working his way up to the role of
Senior Editor and Post-Production director over his nearly 6 year tenure.

Further tasks included Screenwriting, producing, casting, directing, sketching storyboards and production design for a vast variety of clientele.

Creative Services Producer

Produced, filmed and edited on-air promotions
for the KYTX-CBS19 News team and affiliates.

Creative Services Intern

Assisted in the day-to-day creation of on-air promotions and bumpers for KUBE TV programming and sponsors.
